ABOUT NORDSTAN

How to find us – All roads lead to Nordstan – almost. Regardless of whether you come by train, bus, tram, by air or car, there are platforms, stops and multistorey car parks in direct connection with the centre.

By car
Easy and convenient to park in a safe environment. P-hus Nordstan offers 2,700 spaces in direct connection with Nordstan Shopping Centre. Always open.

By tram and bus
All the major central tram and bus routes stop outside Nordstan Shopping Centre. Stops: Nordstaden, Brunnsparken and Lilla Bommen.
Long distance bus services stop at Nils Ericsons Terminalen/Resecentrum, which is in direct connection with Nordstan Shopping Centre.

All train services to Gothenburg arrive at the Central Station in Gothenburg, which is in direct connection with Nordstan Shopping Centre.

By boat
Gothenburg’s ferry service Älvsnabben puts to the quay at Lilla Bommen, where a footbridge takes you straight into Nordstan Shopping Centre. If you arrive in your own boat, you can moor in the guest harbour at Lilla Bommen, just beside Nordstan.

P-hus Nordstan’s central location means that most things in the city lie within convenient walking distance.

Pay easily by card

Automatic entrance and exit machines
You can choose between two alternatives at the entrance:
1. Insert your petrol/credit card without pressing the button for a ticket (the machine registers the time). The machine returns the card after a few seconds.
2. Press the button to obtain a ticket. Always take the ticket with you, and then pay in the shopping centre before collecting the car, or alternatively directly in the exit machine.
At the exit:
Alternative A. If you choose alternative 1 and use your petrol/credit card at the entrance, you can collect the car directly. At the exit, you just insert the same card you used at the entrance. A receipt is printed out and the amount is registered, and will be shown on your next invoice.
Alternative B. Pay in the machine in the shopping centre before collecting the car, or pay directly in the exit machine. If you choose the latter, first enter the entrance ticket and then your petrol/credit card. A receipt is printed out and the amount is registered, and will be shown on your next invoice.

Directions from approach roads to Gothenburg – Take the right route when you come to Gothenburg!

Route to P-hus Nordstan on the E6 from the north:
1. Drive along the E6 towards Gothenburg.
2. Stay in the right lane after "Stigs Center". Follow signposting towards "Fredrikshavn".
3. Drive through Tingstadstunneln (tunnel).
4. As soon as you come out of the tunnel, take the first right. Signposting "Fredrikshavn".
5. Follow Mårten Krakowgatan straight ahead. Switch to the left lane.
6. After about 1,000 metres you will see the sign "P-hus" to the left. Follow this sign to the multistorey car park.
Route to P-hus Nordstan on the E6 from the south:
1. Drive along Kungsbackaleden (E6) towards Gothenburg.
2. After Kallebäcksmotet switch one lane to the left. You are now on Kungsbackaleden going towards the centre (centrum).
3. When you get to Gullbergsmotet switch to the right lane and follow the signposting towards "Fredrikshavn".
4. Follow Mårten Krakowgatan straight ahead. Switch to the left lane.
5. After about 1,000 metres you will see the sign "P-hus" to the left. Follow this sign to the multistorey car park.
Route to P-hus Nordstan on the E20 from Alingsås:
1. Drive along Alingsåsleden (E20) towards Gothenburg.
2. Drive past Torpamotet, Munkebäcksmotet and Ånäsmotet.
3. When you arrive at Gullbergsmotet, take the first right and follow the signposting towards "Fredrikshavn".
4. Follow Mårten Krakowgatan straight ahead. Switch to the left lane.
5. After about 1,000 metres you will see the sign "P-hus" to the left. Follow this sign to the multistorey car park.
Route to P-hus Nordstan on the Rv40 from Borås:
1. Drive along Boråsleden (Highway 40) towards Gothenburg.
2. After Kallebäcksmotet switch one lane to the left. You are now on Kungsbackaleden going towards the centre (centrum).
3. When you get to Gullbergsmotet switch to the right lane and follow the signposting towards "Fredrikshavn".
4. Follow Mårten Krakowgatan straight ahead. Switch to the left lane.
5. After about 1,000 metres you will see the sign "P-hus" to the left. Follow this sign to the multistorey car park.

Directions in the City – You will easily find one of our two entrances!
Once you have arrived at Götaälvbron (bridge over river) just follow the signs "P-hus" to one of the two entrances.
